Effective Dec. 9, the Eloise T. Clem WIC Clinic, located at 3849 North Blvd, Suite 103 in Baton Rouge, will no longer provide WIC services, the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, infants and children under five years old.
Clients may continue to receive WIC services by contacting one of the facilities listed below or by calling 1-800-251-BABY (2229).
