According to federal health officials, the incidence of gonorrhea in the U.S. has risen in the last two years, and the number of chlamydia and syphilis cases has also increased.

your application online cannot be used as advertised. The web masters link is not usable and the information given over the telephone for online apps is misleading and unfair to those who try and use it. Is there another way?
