Can a flexible work schedule lead to a healthier life? Researchers at Wake Forest University found that some people certainly think it can. What do you think? Does your workplace offer flexible scheduling?

I am my own employer nd allow my self to have flexible work schedule. It is definitly good for the health
I have also tried fixed schedulse, those are much worse.
