Some states and municipalities are attempting to offer universal health coverage for residents, but their efforts are being stalled by existing U.S. laws. Why? Because many of the universal coverage proposals include coverage or payment requirements for private-sector businesses, which are specifically protected against such requirements. Should something be done about these laws or not?
