Take control of your blood glucose (sugar) by doing the following:
Check your own blood glucose as often as needed. Eat the right foods in the right amounts. Get regular physical activity. Take medicines that have been prescribed for you. Know your medicines. Ask your health care team about your blood pressure and cholesterol numbers.Submitted by Rob Anderson.
