Ways to Ease the Stress:

  • Keep to regular routines: Get up and go to bed at the same time every day and eat regular meals, even when you dont feel like it.
  • Try to get some light exercise every day. A brisk walk is very beneficial. Try walking with a friend to use this time as a social opportunity.
  • Limit use of caffeine and alcohol both may interfere with sleep.
  • Take time for yourself each day and use it for something that is relaxing for you (a warm bubble bath, watching a movie or TV, listening to music, reading).
  • Meet frequently with family and friends.
  • Talk about your feelings and experiences.
